Sub-processors

To deliver The Scaffold Software we rely on a small number of carefully chosen service providers who process data on our behalf (“sub-processors”). This page is the up-to-date list referred to in the Data Processing Addendum of our licence agreement. We update this page when a sub-processor is added or replaced; that update constitutes the notice described in the Data Processing Addendum, and customers may object as set out there.

Where a provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards — the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or UK adequacy regulations — as set out in each provider's data processing terms.
