What happens if I hit the Basic limits?+
We will let you know when you are at 80% of your monthly enquiry or live-job limit. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and we prorate the billing — no migration, no data lost. Hard caps reset on the 1st of every calendar month.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every Basic and Pro plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start so you can roll straight from trial to paid without losing data, but you can cancel any time before day 7 and you will not be charged. Billing is handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Enterprise trials are bespoke and do not require a card up-front.
What is the onboarding fee on Pro and Enterprise?+
Pro plans include a one-off £750 onboarding fee covering data migration, custom quote and invoice template setup, user training (live, recorded for replay) and 30 days of priority go-live support. Enterprise onboarding is bespoke and built into your custom quote — typically migration of historic projects, tailored workflows, accounting integration setup and on-site training. Basic plans have no onboarding fee — you can self-serve from day one.
How much do I save by paying annually?+
10% off your monthly rate when you pay annually upfront. Basic drops from £231 to £208/mo (£276/yr saving). Pro drops from £550 to £495/mo (£660/yr saving). The discount is shown automatically when you flick the Annual toggle at the top of the pricing cards.
How is "user seat" defined?+
Anyone who logs in to the platform — office staff, supervisors, scaffolders using the mobile app, accountants. View-only and sub-contractor access does not count toward your seat limit on Pro and Enterprise.
Can I migrate from spreadsheets or another system?+
Yes. On Pro, our team handles the migration as part of your onboarding fee. On Enterprise, we go further — historic projects, contacts, hire history, accounting balances, the lot.
What is included in Enterprise "bespoke formatting"?+
Custom-branded quote and invoice templates, bespoke report layouts, your terms and conditions baked in, branch-specific document numbering, and your colours and logo across every customer-facing PDF. If you have a particular layout you have been emailing clients for years, we will rebuild it inside the software.
Do you take a cut of payments?+
No. The price you see is the price you pay — no transaction fees, payment-gateway markups, or per-quote send costs.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans give you 10% off in exchange for a 12-month commitment — but if it is not working for you, drop us a line and we will find a fair way through it.
