A look inside
The actual screens,
with the bits that matter pointed out
No stock photos and no artist's impression. These are captures of the software running — hover a number to see what you are looking at.
The week
Every gang, every day, colour-coded
Who is on what, in what order, with the wagon they are taking. Erect is green, dismantle red, variations amber, inspections blue — you read the week without reading a word.
- 1Capacity across the week — who is spare and who is off
- 2Green Erect, red Dismantle — the whole week at a glance
- 3Two jobs in one day, split by time
- 4The wagon each gang is taking
- 5Amber variation — extra works, captured not given away

The inbox
Your mailboxes, sorted before you open them
Every account in one list. Each email is read and filed — enquiry, job, bill, admin or junk — with the reason it was filed that way. Colour it, flag it, or push it straight to an enquiry.
- 1Sorted into Enquiries, Jobs, Bills, Admin, Junk
- 2Your own colour tags, named how you like
- 3Why it was filed there — in plain English
- 4One click turns an email into an enquiry

Price work
Priced per plot, paid per lift
Each plot carries what the gang gets and what the client is charged. Split both across the lifts by pounds or percentage — margin shows before anybody lifts a tube.
- 1Gang pay, client charge and margin for the whole job
- 2Type £ or % — the other works itself out
- 3Fully allocated, or what is still unallocated
- 4Tick it off and the line locks at what was agreed

The money
The job costs itself as the lifts land
Not man-hours times a break-even guess. Completed work becomes the labour cost and the revenue earned, so profit on the job is a fact rather than an opinion.
- 1Live net profit and margin on work actually done
- 2Earned revenue against committed pay
- 3Margin on every single lift
- 4Completed on the day, by the lad who did it
