Show the job before it's built.
Draw the building line and the scaffold builds itself — TG20-style in 3D, with a counted gear list, true hire value and a priced quote in minutes.
Nothing to download. No CAD. It runs in your web browser — on the laptop, the tablet or the phone, in the office or out on site.
3-day free trial — no card needed · Early access — Founding 15: £300/mo, no onboarding fee · Runs in any browser — no download · Plugs straight into your projects, quotes & meterage
Brickwork, boarded lifts, bracing, ties and a system staircase — set out on a true 2 m bay grid, exactly how the gang would build it.
Every tube and board coloured by stock length, so the gear list is right and the wagon is loaded off the screen before anything leaves the yard.
Faster quotes. Deeper models. A more professional company.
The first quote on the client's desk usually wins the job — and a quote carrying a 3D model is the one they remember.
Quotes out in minutes, not days
Draw the building line and the price, gear list, elevations and worded description are already done — the quote can be back with the client the same hour the enquiry lands. While other firms are still measuring up a spreadsheet, yours is the first quote on the desk.
Model any scaffold, in real depth
You are never boxed into a template. Independents, birdcages off every floor, temporary roofs with kentledge, beamed spans and bridges, loading bays, staircases, flying corners — set out bay by bay, lift by lift, deeper than any other scaffold quoting system on the market.
A 3D model on every quote
Your client sees exactly what they are paying for before a tube leaves the yard — no misunderstandings, no disputes about what was priced. A quote with a 3D model on it professionalises the whole company and stands out against every typed page it is up against.
No experience needed
If you can draw the outline of a building, you can build the scaffold — the system sets it out to TG20-style rules for you. No CAD, no training course, nothing to install. Scaffolders price their first real job the first time they open it.
Whatever you draw lands straight on the quote.
Draw it, design it, build it — and the description writes itself onto the quotation. Elevations, lifts, bay sizes, board widths and access all read straight off the model, saving hours of typing.
The price and the asset value on the job.
- Every line priced off the model — boarded lifts, system staircase, bridge beams, debris netting and foam protection.
- The quote total and the ongoing weekly hire, set out side by side.
- Job asset value — the worth of the gear standing on that job, counted from the actual kit on the scaffold, not a guess.
- The weekly materials cost for the job, so you always know what it’s costing to keep out.
More than a model — run the whole job.
The 3D builder is the start. The same package runs the enquiry, the diary, the project, the invoices, the payment claims and the compliance — all in one place.

Every job, built on the screen.
Independents, birdcages built off each floor, temporary roofs, kentledge, beamed spans and commercial blocks — all set out to real TG20-style rules and priced as you draw.
From a building line to a priced quote.
Draw the job once and the model does the rest — sets out the scaffold, prices it, counts the gear and puts a 3D model on the quote.
Draw the building line
Sketch the footprint and set the heights right in your browser — nothing to download, no CAD, no training day. If you can draw the outline, you can build the job, on any device.
The scaffold builds itself
Bays, lifts, boards, braces, ties, ladders and corner details set out to real TG20-style rules — the way the gang would erect it. Birdcages build off each floor too, so every level is boarded out.
Priced as you draw
Boarded and unboarded metreage, ladders, stairs, loading bays and sheeting total live and land straight on the quotation.
Counts every fitting
A gear list off the model itself — tube by stock length, boards by size, fittings, ties and toe boards. Load the wagon off the screen.
True hire & asset value
The weekly hire cost and the kit value standing on the job, counted from the actual gear on the scaffold — not a guess.
Kit view & board configurator
Colour every tube and board by stock size and flick the building off, so the yard can check the kit before it leaves.
The 3D Project Package, answered.
What is the 3D Project Package?+
It is a scaffolding package built around a 3D quote builder: you draw the building outline in your browser and the scaffold sets itself out in 3D to TG20-style rules. It prices the job as you draw, counts every fitting into a gear list, works out the true hire and asset value, and puts a 3D model on the quote — then runs the whole job through enquiries, projects, invoicing, payment claims and compliance.
Do I need CAD or any software to download?+
No. The 3D scaffold builder runs in any web browser — on a laptop, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install, no CAD package to learn and no training day. If you can draw the outline of a building, you can build the scaffold and produce a priced quote.
How does the 3D model turn into a quote?+
As you draw, the model sets out bays, lifts, boards, bracing, ties, ladders, loading bays and corner details, and prices each part live off your own rates. The worded scaffold description, elevations, lift counts, bay sizes, board widths and access all read straight off the model onto the quotation, so you do not re-type a description for every job.
Does it count the gear and produce a kit list?+
Yes. The package counts every fitting off the model itself — tube by stock length, boards by size, fittings, ties and toe boards — into a gear list you can load the wagon from. It also gives the weekly hire cost and the kit asset value standing on the job, counted from the actual gear rather than estimated.
Which scaffolds can it model?+
Independents, internal birdcages built off each floor, temporary roofs with kentledge, beamed spans and bridges, loading bays, system staircases, commercial blocks and progressive new-builds — all set out to real TG20-style rules and priced as you draw.
How is the 3D Project Package different from the main platform?+
The 3D Project Package is a focused product: enquiry → 3D model → quote → send → invoice, plus compliance, payment claims, invoicing and a job map. It is the quoting and project surface of The Scaffold Software without the full operations, scheduling, wages and HR modules — ideal for firms that want the 3D quote builder and the paperwork around a job.
How much does it cost?+
Early access for the Founding 15 — the first 15 companies — is £300 per month, plus £75 per extra user per month, on a 3-month contract that rolls monthly thereafter, and the £250 onboarding & setup fee is waived. After the Founding 15, standard launch pricing and the onboarding fee apply. Start a 3-day free trial or book a demo to get set up.
