How are the 7-day statutory inspections scheduled?

Inspections due appear on the schedule and on the inspector's phone.
What does the inspector do on site?
Opens the inspection on their phone, works through it pass / fail / N/A per item, attaches photos, and signs on the screen. The signed PDF report files itself against the project — no paper, no scanning, no chasing.
What do we hand the principal contractor or HSE?
The inspection file already exists: every signed report, with photos and timestamps, stored against the scaffold and the project. When a PC or the HSE asks for the inspection history, it is an email attachment, not a week of digging.
Can we charge for inspections?
